Before a Stadium Event can be uploaded and confirmed into the system, please contact the Athletics Office first to confirm dates and times with, Mrs. Janet Scott or 678-676-1822 or janet_d_scott@dekalbschoolsga.org Please follow the Athletics Rules and Regulations when renting the stadiums: There will be ABSOLUTELY: - NO VEHICLES INSIDE THE GATES - NO VEHICLES ON THE TRACKS AND FIELDS - NO COOKING IN THE STADIUMS, ON TRACKS OR FIELDS - NO ALCHOLIC BEVERAGES IN THE STADIUMS - NO FIREWORKS AT THE STADIUMS - NO SMOKING - NO TENTS, CHAIRS, STANDS, LADDERS OR BENCHES MOUNTED ON THE TRACKS - NO CANOPIES OR TENTS STAKED INTO THE TURF FIELDS OR TRACKS - NO DRONES - NO FOOD OR DRINKS ON THE TRACKS OR FIELDS Please give our office a call if you have any questions.
