Welcome to Facility Use

Please submit requests for use of District facilities through this website. Kindly follow the guidelines below to complete the application process.

The primary purpose of our school facilities is to provide a suitable setting in which to educate the students of DeKalb County School District (DCSD). Outside organizations are welcome to use school facilities when such use is consistent with the Board’s policies and administrative regulations and does not interfere with the activities of our schools or school-related support groups. 

For convenience, the rental requirements may be viewed by clicking on the tab in the upper-right corner.

Multiple submission of schools are not allowed on one rental request. A separate entry must be submitted for each facility being requested.

For new renters, registration is required before submitting a request. Click on the Register tab in the top right corner and enter your name, email address, and password.
